about Lauren
Sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage,
literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it. - Lauren
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.
I specialize in working with young adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, uncertain about their future, or weighed down by stress in relationships, career, or personal identity.
I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help you:
Build confidence and self-trust
Improve your relationships without losing yourself in them
Find clarity and direction in times of change
Develop tools to manage stress and emotions more effectively
Set boundaries without guilt
In our work together, you’ll have a supportive space to process your experiences, gain new perspective, and create lasting growth. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and guidance, while equipping you with practical strategies you can use in daily life.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting therapy; you just need to be open to the possibility of change.
If you’re ready to take that next step toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let’s explore how therapy can support you in building the life you want
