  • Exhausted from always “doing it all”? Build self-compassion, learn boundaries, and build sustainable routines.

  • Life transitions leaving you unsure who you are? Gain clarity, confidence, and direction.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and
give you tools to create lasting change!

Our approach...

We guide adults from stuck patterns to self-empowered living.

We take a trauma-informed, mind-body-soul approach, that helps you:

  • Heal emotional safety first – feel grounded and secure within yourself.

  • Rewire old patterns – break cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or self-sabotage.

  • Build coping skills – practical tools for stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation.

  • Reconnect with yourself – strengthen self-compassion, confidence, and autonomy

  • Integrate mind and body – using holistic practices alongside evidence-based therapy.

What this means for you:
You’ll feel understood, supported, and equipped to navigate life with clarity, balance, and purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if Individual counseling is right for me?

Therapy is helpful whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. We tailor sessions to focus on what matters most to you.

How does Out-of-Network insurance billing work?

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients are still able to use their benefits to receive partial reimbursement for sessions. To make this easier:

We verify your out-of-network benefits so you know what your plan will cover before getting started.

We submit superbills on your behalf so you don’t have to deal with the extra paperwork.

You pay for sessions up front, and if your plan offers out-of-network coverage, your insurance company will send reimbursement directly to you.

This allows you to use your benefits while avoiding the hassle of navigating the process alone

How long will therapy last?

It depends on your goals, consistency, and challenges. We collaborate to find a pace that works for you.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?

Everyone’s journey is unique. We focus on whole-person healing, addressing both mind and body to create results that last.

Will I get tools to manage my emotions between sessions?

Yes, practical strategies are integrated into your plan for real-world use and ongoing support.
