Some struggles are best healed in community, not in isolation.

Life’s struggles can leave you feeling isolated, like no one else could possibly understand. But the truth is, many people are walking a similar path.

Group Therapy is Especially Powerful When...

  • Feeling isolated in your experience and longing for genuine connection.

  • Struggling with patterns that only show up in relationships (people-pleasing, fear of conflict, codependency).

  • Carrying shame that feels too heavy to name alone — but becomes lighter when spoken in safe company.

  • Wanting to practice new ways of being seen, heard, and supported in real time.

  • Moving through a major life transition and needing others who get it.

The healing power of community is truly a
transformative experience for lasting change!

Our approach...

We create an immersive, experiential container where
healing happens in real time, alongside others who understand.

We provide a safe, structured environment that allows you to:

  • Heal in connection – practice vulnerability, trust, and authenticity with others who hold space without judgment.

  • Experience yourself differently – shift old relational patterns by trying out new ways of communicating and being seen.

  • Break cycles of shame – notice how shame softens when it’s met with compassion and belonging.

  • Build emotional regulation skills – learn practical tools for managing triggers, boundaries, and strong emotions.

  • Integrate mind and body – through somatic, relational, and evidence-based practices that create lasting change.

What this means for you:
You won’t just learn about healing; you’ll live it, inside a supportive group that mirrors the relationships you want to create outside of therapy.

Our Current Groups

Experiential Trauma Group

For adults carrying the weight of complex trauma, attachment wounds, or long-standing patterns of proving, pleasing, or self-silencing.

Through structured exercises, guided reflection, and interactive practices, you’ll explore patterns of avoidance, hypervigilance, and emotional dysregulation while learning tools to process and release these impacts.

Together, we focus on creating real-time experiences of safety, connection, and empowerment that you can carry into your everyday life.

Healing HSV Shame

Receiving an HSV diagnosis can bring up intense feelings of shame, fear of rejecion, and isolation.

This group provides a safe, non-judgmental space to talk openly about the realities of living with herpes while reclaiming your sense of self-worth.

Together, we’ll explore how shame impacts intimacy, dating, and identity and practice tools to build confidence, navigate disclosure, and restore connection with yourself and others.

Mothers Healing Generations

Motherhood can stir up old wounds from your own childhood, from family patterns, or from the pressures of “getting it right.”

This group offers a supportive, experiential space for mothers to process inherited pain, release shame, and practice new ways of showing up with authenticity and compassion.

Together, we’ll explore how to nurture both yourself and your children while breaking cycles that no longer serve your family.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if a group therapy is right for me?

We offer a brief consultation to help you decide. Groups are most effective when you’re ready to engage in self-exploration and connect with others who share similar experiences.

What if I’m nervous about joining?

Feeling anxious about starting is normal.

Our facilitators are seasoned guides and will help you integrate into the group process gently, helping you feel safe and supported.

How is confidentiality handled?

Everything shared in the group stays in the group. Mutual respect and privacy are essential to creating a secure space.

Can I attend if I’m also in individual therapy?

Absolutely. Group therapy can complement individual work, giving you opportunities to practice skills, gain perspective, and experience connection in real time.

How long is each session, and how many sessions are typical?

Our groups require a 3-6 months commitment when joining to ensure consistency and safety within the group.

Most sessions will last 1.5 hours, but there will be opportunities for 2-hour sessions depending on the focus. You will know well in advance.
