Can I combine therapy with medication?

Yes. Many clients benefit from integrating therapy with medication, though we always coordinate care as needed.

Is virtual therapy effective for anxiety?

Yes. Many clients find virtual sessions just as supportive and effective as in-person therapy.

How does Out-of-Network insurance billing work?

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients are still able to use their benefits to receive partial reimbursement for sessions. To make this easier:

We verify your out-of-network benefits so you know what your plan will cover before getting started.

We submit superbills on your behalf so you don’t have to deal with the extra paperwork.

You pay for sessions up front, and if your plan offers out-of-network coverage, your insurance company will send reimbursement directly to you.
